  1. In addition to enabling more efficient burning of fuel, the technology also claims to reduce emissions of NOx, PM, Hydrocarbons and Carbon Monoxide. This has significant ramifications in retrofitting older vehicles for drivers who do not readily have the means to switch to newer, more efficient vehicles.
